Kristine Lee has a great personality and knows real-estate. However, I thought the home buying process could have been a lot better. I often questioned whether or not she had the buyers full interest. There were a lot of huge red flags throughout the buying process which made me question my decision. I wanted the house and overlooked a lot of things due to such. It was a good learning lesson. I would recommend someone who has your best interest, strives to achieve such, and minimizes conflicts of interest. Kristine is a good person, has a greatly personality, and knows real-estate. I think due to the housing market people are use to turn and burn, not taking the person into consideration. I'm happy with my house but the process could have been a lot better. She does get the job done though.

Kristine Lee is fantastic. She helped me make an informed decision on whether to sell or rent my home when I was leaving Idaho. She was always available and knew someone who could help with projects while getting the house ready to sell. If I ever make my way back to Idaho, I am absolutely calling her to help with the purchase of a home!

Kristine made our first time home buying process absolutely wonderful. She was always available for us, did many late evening showings in multiple different cities, and was even so great with our kids while we did walk throughs. We had some issues towards the end with the mortgage company we were using and Kristine was extremely advocative for us, communicating daily with the mortgage company and working with the home seller for extensions and even an early move in date before closing.
